Great Hotel - Great Location - Perfect room size - buses were clean and on time. You do have to pay for parking so take advantage of the buses. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is a great place to stay in disney. Same convenience as the Disney Hotels, at half the price. The pool was clean, the rooms are very large, the beds are extremely confortable, room was clean, food in the restauant was good (especially breakfast). The staff was helpful as well. Nice hotel, had room issue but had to accept plan B. Within walking distance of Downtown Disney, was on Disney bus shuttle so VERY convenient. Staff was very accomodating. We would stay again without hesitation, but will make sure room is what we had requested.

Value for money, breakfast is OK and the bus shuttles are very good. The lobby is a bit cluttered so not that impressive, but the hotel is nice place to rest after a long day at the parks. It would have been great if they had a shuttle to the airport and Universal but all in all a good experience.

Nice customer service at front desk. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We found the shuttle a tad confusing at first, but the staff answered all our questions. Signs saying "pickup to ____ and___" would be helpful. Parking a bit expensive, but all in all great stay.

I'm a Disney's fan, usually visit Orlando 3 times per year so I know about hotels and service there. Doubletree at lake buena vista rocks!!! His location near all, his cookies, his staff....and his little mini market just amazing....
