Hard Rock Hotel is perfectly located for the theme park onslaught. The rooms are dated and service is somewhat mechanical. The cafes/restaurants/public spaces are fine. It's really the location and the benefits of early entry into the theme parks that attracted us to this property, so for that reason it served it's purpose beautifully.

Stayed at the HR Universal back in February with family of 5 (3 teenaged sons).
