We arrived after 9pm & were greeted by the night manager Jim Desade. Very warm & welcoming. Never before offered complimentary drink in any hotel upon arrival. Accomodations were upto date with any other hotel. Pool was in back of hotel, out of way. Over all very clean!! Location was on main highway with easy access to restaurants and stores.

This was a really lovely hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spectular. I will definitely be returning for more relaxation.

I recently had people coming in from out of town. These people travel a lot and I had short notice. Best Western came through and the people raved about the room and the point of contact service. This hotel is very accommodating, clean, and quiet. I literally live in hotels and this hotel is one of my favorites. The staff is very helpful, easy to work with and makes this hotel a joy to stay at. I just can't say enough good about it, I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't show up and they charged me this ludicrous charge for a no show policy.100 dollars for a 80 dollar room.Never in the 15 years I have stayed in hotels have I ever been charged a no show fee.This hotel will rob you if you hold a room and then don't show.No exceptions.

This is a wonderful hotel!! Big, immaculate rooms (we had a king size bed w/ a sofa in the room) w/ fridge/micro. Very nice looking pool (we didn't get a chance to try out).
