Quaint? Maybe. Retro? Perhaps. Quirky at best. Buildings are very old and decaying in a lot of places. Too many people smoking in parking lot. Too many out-of-control kids who seem to have no parental regulation. Springs were okay but please remember, its just warmed mineral water.
