We have stayed here for the last five years and every year the rooms get filthier. Tonite was the last straw, they ran out of hot water. We will NEVER stay here again. Will gladly pay more to stay somewhere else.
OK -- so my expectations were pretty low when I learned the block of rooms reserved for me and my colleagues was at Tripadvisor's 49th ranked hotel out of 57 hotels in Naples, FL.

Family of four, 2 teen daughters incl., make 3-week "play-by-ear" Florida trip & just dropped in while cruising along US41, Miamibound. We were tired... Very friendly young lady at the reception desk had us checked in in no-time at a very reasonable (rack)rate of only $75 tax incl.
