We come to Naples a couple of times a year. We have stayed at the Hilton around 8 times. We always have good service, a nice room, and a relaxing stay. Housekeeping is great, the exective room staff is terrific, and the desk staff is very accomodating, especially Diane.

This is primarily a business hotel but the facilities and people are first class, especially the people - check in, bell hops, maid service, restaurant all deserve a pat on the back.
