We stayed 1 nite, had to air the room out. The front desk was not very friendly no pc in lobby, no fridge in room no micro wave in room. beds were ok ac worked. would not stay there again.

Checked in, placed luggage in room, went to get something to eat, returned to room, luggage gone. No forced entry? Staff all of a sudden don't understand English? Manager/Owner refuses to even talk to me? No refund! WOW!!! All within 3 hrs. Welcome to Naples!
