We were in Monticello for a friends daughters wedding and stayed in the Magnolia Room. I know their site says there is flat screen TV's in the rooms, but there in not one in the Magnolia Room. The shower leaves alot to be desired. Very very small and the way it is set up the doors are hard to slid... More

This authentically restored 1872 National Historic Register house gives the guest a real step back in time. The paint colors have been recreated to duplicate the original. And yes most of the 140 year old door knobs are not perfect but do work. The rooms all have antiques dating back to that period. The chair in question is a recentlyrecovered... More

A delightful diversion from wedding activities at nearby Honey Lake. We were greeted like old friends on our arrival. The room was very nice and above-average for a bed and breakfast. The breakfasts were worth the stay themselves. Highly recommended, but keep in mind, if you want Hilton-type facilities this is not the place for you. A Great value. We... More

My husband and I stopped at the Denham house as a midway point in our travel from Fort Walton Beach to Dunedin. We arrived later than expected and Pat was not at the house but had left a key in the door for us. We stayed in the Gold Room and my husband surprised me by asking Pat to set... More

We've stayed here a few times and love the hospitality of Pat Inmon. The front porch is a great place to have a glass of wine and watch your dog run free in the huge fenced in front yard. Pat always has seems to have a bottle of wine & goodies out for all to enjoy, she'll even start you... More

I had expected to be going to Tallahassee when I made the reservations, but instead my meeting was in the evening and over an hour away. The end result was that we did not get to spend as much time as hoped in the B&B. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and although the only guests staying that night there... More

John Denham House is a very decent bed and breakfast in an old Florida town chosen more for it's location in our travels than as a destination. We stayed in the Gold Room which was well appointed and had a very large, comfortable bed. The WiFi worked great and the room has a fireplace and small television. Bath is adequate... More

We spent the weekend bringing our daughter to FSU and decided to stay at a B&B. Looked on-line and found John Denham House in Monticello, Florida. We took Tennessee Street out from Tallahassee heading east about 25 miles with a nice drive through the countryside to get to the B&B. Pat was our hostess and the owner of John Denham... More

Had a very nice stay at the John Denham House. Pat was very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. There was not very much to do in Monticello, but the inn was only a nice 30 min drive to Tallahassee. The room was clean, but did have a small shower. Great place to stay if visiting Tallahassee!

I do not ever have complaints about cold water - the breaker for the water heaters did not get turned back on. If I had known - she would have had hot water in 15 minutes. There were no other guests when this happened. So Sorry, Pat More

Had the pleasure of staying at the Denham house this weekend with several girlfriends as part of a Paranmormal workshop with the Big Bend Ghost Trackers. Pat the owner has a lovely bed and breakfast, it's clean and comfortable. She provides wonderful meals (especially the breakfast) The House is haunted, but we never experienced anything in our room with the... More

We had the pleasure of staying at The John Denham House in Monticello. FL while attending the From The Heart Music performance at the Monticello Opera House. It was a delightful experience from an afternoon spent in the parlor visiting with old friends that had made the trip with us and making new friends with a couple staying there who... More
