Clean Room, Big room, Big bed, Bathroom and decor very nice.. Just 5 minutes from the beach, the bars/ restaurants and shops.Basic continental breakfast but we found it ok. Being English we can recommend the tea !....

We had a room in the back courtyard (actually pretty much a studio) with a full kitchen, a sitting room with a sad lonely couch, and a regular king bed. The place is overdue for renovation but for $89 plus tax it was fine. The clinetele skews toward the youngish with drinking usually on their minds.

I loved this hotel. Great spot on Collins right in the center of South Beach. Everything is walkable, tons of shopping nearby. Tons of places to eat. They are building a Walgreens directly across the street so once that's done you will need nothing else. Hire a shuttle from the airport and for the return trip and you'll never need... More

The hotel is in a good location near the beach, Lincoln rd mall and the shops/bars/restaurants of Washington Dr and Espanola way. The hotel itself though is quite simple and out of date, had free WiFi and a simple breakfast included.
