This hotel was very clean, nice, almost futuristic in design. The bathrooms are large and the bed was very comfy. It is definitely upperscale, which I usually like. I really don't have any complaints about it, but it just didn't "dazzle" me. Maybe because it was at the end of a long trip....and I was just ready to be home!

We were staying at the Sagamore Hotel and wanted to go for a nice lunch. We walked in with 2 toddlers and 3 adults. We watied probably one hour until our food or drink arrived ! Our kids wanted fries and we kept asking them several times. After 4 times it finally came ! We ordered a seafood platter getting... More

This stay was an anniversary treat from my wife - it was fabulous and so was the price! This was an experience never to be forgotten, it is a beautiful hotel and I have to say I felt very downtrodden compared to the other guests but hey who cares - I was paying the same and we were treated the... I agree with some of the precious reviewers. The hotel and grounds by the pools make one feel they are not in South Beach but in a tropical area. Great service. feel pampered. But definitely pricey and not for penny-pinchers.

The Setai was beautiful, and full of the most beautiful people I had ever seen. The crowd seemed mostly international and we did not feel like we were in the middle of South Beach. The service was more than we had hoped for, the rooms were large and very cool, and housekeeping was beyond on their game... Breakfast was abundant... More

Great location if your not into the nightlife as your main reason for going. Great access to surround areas and of course the beach. The Setai has an Asian feel which of course is relaxing and very feng shui! The room we stayed in was a Junior Suite in the Tower Building which was spacious exceptionally well equipped and just... I had a great experience at this resort. Beautiful hotel, unique design and architecture, very cool rooms. The pool area is fantastic, we loved it. The staff was extremely friendly. If I had one complaint it was that at the pool the staff was obviously very, very busy and not able to proactively ask if we needed anything most of... More

The Setai continues to impress and amaze me. The service is incredible and very welcoming. Nothing compares to the food at the Pool Bar! Chef Thomas Griese is a genius. The grilled prawns are a must!

My husband and I went to the Setai for a quick, long-weekend, romantic trip. Had a great time. Excellent upper-end resort. Rooms: Stayed in the original building in a room overlooking the courtyard. Liked being in the original building. Close to most restaurants, the lobby, and the street. Room was hip and very comfortable. Downside was that it was dark.... More

Great service. Clean. Unique rooms and decor. Not cheap. Everything was nice except the blinds opened to a concrete wall. Room was big. Jacuzzi tub in the center of the room. Lights all on dimmers. A different experiennce. Felt like I was in Asia, not south beach.
