First off let me tell everyone who is considering booking a room at the Whitelaw Hotel in South Beach that when you arrive you will have to pay a $15 a night + city taxes and fee surcharge even if your room was paid for upfront. While Miami Music Week is one of the most exciting weeks in South Florida we disclose all that is going on at our hotels so our guest are informed that it may be a party like atmosphere before arrival.... “LOVED IT”

Went during the summer of 2010. Hotel was well maintained. Free happy hour every day. Housekeeping was done every day. Front desk was helpful. Very lively. Age group: 21-26. Free shuttle service to and from airport. VERY CLOSE TO BEACH. Honestly what more can you ask for?

Great location, and pet friendly place. But if you looking for something clean and better quality so its not for you. Its so nice on their website but you`ll be surprised by how behind on their cleaning project.

Pulling up to this hotel I was excited to take in the Art Deco decor. The person working the check-in appeared to have a slight attitude. Munchees, Thank You for the honest response. Yes our decor for The Whitelaw Hotel Is a majority white. As some of our hotels have a party atmosphere we do have some that are not. We hope when you return to South Beach you consider some of our sister hotels which may be more of your flair. More

I did not stay at this hotel, but I went there for their happy hour. The cocktails are nice and the bartender was a lovely funny guy! The hotel however is located in a very nice location and judging by the reception, it must be a very decent and modern hotel!

From the bartenders to the concierge to the valet service, all the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly and polite. Even the DJ (female) was friendly and outgoing.
