I visited this hotel a couple of years ago and it was kind of a mess. Noise and dust from construction everywhere. However, this time around it was the complete opposite. Beautiful sharp looking rooms with the latest technology. The lobby of the hotel has been completely re-done. The staff was very cordial and helpful.

It's like online dating...the images look good online, but in person not so pretty. The finishes look good from a distance, but when you look close the craftsmanship is spotty and dirty. Had a great experience at this hotel. Convenient location and within walking distance to all the major attractions in South Beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a bit small. The continental breakfast was quite nice and more than I expected. There couldn't be a better location on SoBE that is affordable, low key, and Art Deco hip. The rooms were huge and very clean. The sheets, mattresses, and pillows were divine. Location is great..close to clubs, restaurants, shopping and beach. Nothing real special about the place, no frills and bring or buy your own soap! Front desk was helpful. This place is cool if you just need a place to rest your head!

We decided to get away for a night and chose the Greenview. It was a comfortable room, clean and close to everything. Maria (Mei. ling Pellegrino) at the front counter was very nice and helpful when we arrived. We will be back!

This hotel has a perfect location on South Beach. The staff is very friendly and service minded (especially Maria and Paola). The hotel is renovated, so all old reviews about the hotel being old and dirty are not vallid anymore. This is a perfect choice I gladly recommend.
