FIrst off the rooms aren't worth more than $150 a night otherwise check the Dorchester across the street (much nicer rooms) or the myriad of properties on both sides of Collins between 16th and 22nd. We stayed there for 3 nights in April. Lovely, simple, no fuss room. The staff were pleasant, the location great...a few steps to the beach. The food at basement restaurant was excellent. A pool would be a great addition. The breakfast is very basic, but great that there is coffee and tea throughtout the day!
