This hotel is a nice change of pace from the 100+ unit large hotels on the beach; I have stayed at Lowes and Eden Roc and this is a more laid back alternative, nice little pool, good atmosphere and in a very nice location. Prime 112, Joe's Stone Crab and the Miami Marina are a "stone crab" walking distance away.

The Hotel website and reality are two different things. The sofa had a hole in the center. The roof was falling apart. There was a construction just in front of the Hotel. The bar chairs were the regular ones. The restaurant was in construction...

The hotel is nicely located close to the beach, cosy and good value for the money, has pool and spa. We would come back anytime.

If you cancel a reservation they will refuse to give you a cancellation number. They will then charge your credit card even after you cancel a reservation. You will need to dispute it with your CC company and waste your time. The scam probably works for people that do not pay close attention to their CC statement.

This is a very decent hotel with clean well furnished rooms excellently located in the quiet part of the tip of South Beach close to the public beach area and within short distance to main shopping and restaurant areas. No breakfast is arranged at the hotel but that doesnt matter considering the location close to several nice cafe's and bars.... More
