Excelent for couples... we left without reservations, hoping we'd find something nice and I found my new favorite hotel at one of my favorite spots in south florida. The beds were very comfortable and clean,,, the room impacable..and the staff very friendly, . highly recomend this little jewel on south beach.Laura M.

This hotel was picked because we were coming home, Naples FL, from a International trip and needed an overnight stay to relax. Perfect location, great beach just across the street. From my room I can walk anywhere on South Beach. The staff was friendly, courteous, very accommodating and helpful. The Penguin Hotel serves up an amazing free hot breakfast. Lobby, restaurants and bars are all nicely decorated, looking elegant and stylish. One place to stay at affordable price.

Our prices are super affordable, that's why we stay so busy here...Just one minor correction, our breakfast is not for free, we charge a $15 daily resort fee which includes the continental breakfast buffet and happy hour drinks among other perks. I decided to try the Penguin Hotel, I thought that the location and the price were already too good for my 3 night stay ..... The location is amazing, is just in front of the beach, you don't have to worry about bringing a car, the hotel is in the middle of the best clubs and restaurants, the reception staff... More

This has not so clean, dark rooms with NO air circulation/windows. The aircon wasn't working very well, just loud. Between the twin beds there was an incredibly loud apparatus that was meant to improve the air, but made it impossible to sleep. The shower didn't even have a holder for the shower head.
