From the bellman to valet to room service, everyone I encountered was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and I feel very secure and comfortable everytime I stay.

Great experience! Would definetly reccomend. It was my second time at the spa which Is beautiful. The staff is great, and Roland and Anna gave us the best massages ever! Very relaxing and great for a weekend escape. It's a must do!

This hotel is AMAZING!! Visually stunning, 1st class service, fantastic food, breathtaking views.

Our room had a kitchen, lounge and of course a bedroom/bathroom. Pool area was great but only got sunshine from 11am onwards. If you wanted a less party place in the middle of south beach, then this place is great.
