I rent the apartment 1536-4 in Courtyard last month with my wife and we really enjoyed our stay! The tropical court was really nice particularly when we took breakfast on the balcony. It was clean and well decorated. The beach was as close as Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive so between 5 and 10 minutes walk. The staff was nice... More

Stayed at this apartment via miami habitat with 5 friends. toilet was blocked, bathroom was dirty. Apartment could do with a lick of paint. The courtyard was overgorwn and not looked after. Even though we communicated with these people in english when we go there the welcome book was only in spanish and german. checked into a hotel for 2... More
