The best place all around to stay in the Coconut Grove area. Good location, nice place , friendly people, comfortable rooms ,reasonable price , self park and easy in and out. Good breakfast and nice quiet ( usually) pool area. Have tried others and usually come back here.

Cleanliness was OK. However, we saw ants the day we arrived walking around the kitchenette (which we only used to prepare 2 drinks in a 2 night stay).
