My friends and I rented a room together for a high school reunion. Not only was it close to John's Pass, but the beach behind the Crimson was much wider than I anticipated. Slightly more expensive than a hotel, but you are paying for the location.

This condo has nicer furnishings than most and more than the average amount of deck furniture, however it is worth noting that the owners currently don't allow an air conditioning setting lower than 75 F.
