Everything was very clean. Room was functional with a small kitchenette and a day bed that also works as a couch. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Complimentary coffee in the mornings. Great stay. We did not get a chance to use the free kayaks but looked like a nice place to kayak as well.

We reserved a double with kitchen, asked for the newer part of the resort and got this lovely 2nd story room with balcony overlooking the bay side (lagoon) of the key. This was the best place to stay in the whole keys by far. I have no complaints. Everything from the room, the view, breakfast, the kayaks all was wonderful. For the price and for the hospitality it was the best vacation find in the keys hands down.

Went there the end of January with my wife just to unwind and get away from the Northern Winter. We loved this place.
