In great shopping/dining area BUT there was a bar across the street that played very LOUD music until after midnight on a Friday night. Not sure if that is all the time but we were on the 5th floor and could not sleep.

“Parking Can Be A Challenge”

This is nice property, nice location in a mall atmosphere. The only issue is parking and noise. “When in Lakeland”

This Hampton Inn is well maintained and located in a great area. It is in close proximity to everything. The best part is the closeness it is to The Brass Tap. You can stagger back within 2 minutes. I will be here again!

“great place to stay”

the service was excellent, the staff very attentive, & the place was extra clean. this was our 2nd stay here & we will be back. the staff went out of their way to make my kids feel welcome & most of all that they were glad to see them. this kind of customer service is very much appreciated.

“Great location”

This is my favorite hotel in the Lakeland area. The location of the hotel puts you right in the middle of great shopping and plenty of wonderful eateries. This is in an upscale area with easy access to locations in Lakeland that I had to be at for work. I will definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, the staff and quality of furnishings in this hotel are outstanding. We felt that our happiness truly mattered to the staff. I will definitely stay at Hampton Inn on my next stay. This Hampton is located in an outdoor shopping mall and has everything you could wish for. It is convenient to the Polk Parkway and convenient to downtown.
