The hotel is in the Spanish Springs section and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and they have a nice breakfast buffet each morning. It was difficult for us to find as the address did not show up in the GPS and The Villages is a very large property.

Great location near Spanish Springs restaurants, great AARP rates, golf cart rentals available. Great value for short-term visits to The Villages. Just under $100 for seniors. Would definitely return. Tip: book your golf cart before arrival.

This was the second year I have spend a week at this Hotel. I has a great location with in walking distance of Spanish Springs Square. Hotel very nice, rooms clean. Free Breakfast is the best I have found. Biscuits, Gravy, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Waffles, Cereal, Yogurt, Cinnimon Rolls, other pastries, Really Great Coffee 24 hrs.

The Holiday Inn Express was the perfect place to stay. It is centrally located, so you can walk to restaurants and stores. We rented a golf cart from a place about 2 miles from the hotel.
