I just check in to a dead lizard on the dining room floor which doesn't look clean. I called 4 hrs ago and it's still here. Guess they waiting for it to spring from the dead. The smoke detector is just swinging from the wires.

We are owners at Westgate Vacation VIllas. Vacations here are excellent. It is in a good location. The VIllas have many activities available for its guests. Very Good Experience. Staff service is very efficient. We were greeted by Justina Carmona, she was very helpful and provided excellent service.

Beware of bedbugs!! I woke up on my 3rd night there with a bug crawling next to me. We saved it and it was confirmed a bed bug. We wrote a complaint, packed up and left. The front desk was extremely rude about it. They didn't even offer another room or much less an apology. They also didn't seem surprised.... More

We spent 1 week at the Westgate Town Center portion of the Vacation Villas in May 2013. Our experience there was wonderful. Accomodations are first class; my favorite part was the screened in deck that overlooked the Swan Lake.
