The hotel staff/management was very dishonest. They informed us that there would be plenty of room for a charter bus to park. NO WAY! Then tried to charge a room service charge and continental breakfast even though we NEVER checked in, (Cancelled immediately upon arrival) and the continental breakfast is listed as complimentary!! Good Points: Denny's Restaurant right next door, walking distance to shops. Bad Points: Bathroom fan off the wall, carpets filthy, 2 towels only, bedlinen questionably clean, itsy bitsy TV, unsmiling receptionist spoke in monosyllables, continental breakfast not worth getting up for. We thought "What a deal!" Then we checked in. Saw the room and checked out. Door would not lock, beds were swayed, smell in the room was unbearable and there wasn't a clean surface in the place. Do not believe the pictures. Good news though - our entire deposit was refunded. More
