It had been several years since I had been to Orlando and I needed help fining the place. I called and get a very friendly person that helped me get to the hotel. I even had to call a second time as I got lost and they were still very friendly. Deniece Kephart was the person on staff that night.

Flat screen TV. Nice, spacious, non-carpeted room for my dogs. The Manager saved my dogs life!! He got loose when I opened the car door. She nicely coaxed him over to her. She grabbed his leash and saved his life! I will be forever grateful to her! Thank you!
