I stayed there in May 2012 and left the first night since the room was infested with bed bugs. Do not recommend to anyone.

This place is a nice little gem! The people were very nice. Rooms are old and worn but clean. They have a pool and nice little pool area. Nice location, close to many places to eat. Good price, we will stay here again.

My Family and I stayed at Coconut cay resort and Marina in Marathon, Florida this past weekend. Having such a huge family Steve DeRoche gave attention and showed qualities of a friend/family member rather than an Manager. This isn't your 5 star hotel but it sure will leave you satisfied. A relaxing atmosphere perfect place to go fishing and get...

We were looking for a reasonable place to spend the night on our way to Key West - we were so amazed! Very friendly stuff that makes you feel like home and part of a family. The room was so nice, clean, spacious and the patio area was the perfect hang out before bedtime. You've got all you need in...

My family and I just came back from a three day stay at the Coconut Cay Resort and Marina in Marathon, Florida. We were a party of nine and we had a wonderful time. Granted the resort needs updating, but the warmth of Steve the owner and his staff made a world of difference. Expect free kajaks and wi-fi. The...

Great clean rooms with everything you need and if there's something missing, the staff makes sure to find it for you. Coconut Cay is like resorts in the Keys should be, quaint, quiet,...

DISGUSTING! Rented one of the houses they have. HUGE cockroaches and various other bugs throughout the house. One of the beds was broken; our 5 year old put his weight on it and it fell over. at 4am my brother and his wife who had the master bedroom woke up with bug bites and bloody sheets from slapping the bugs....

Recently my grandfather was diagnosed with early stage lung cancer and began chemo therapy. Chemo causes a weakened immune system and this particular kind hes undergoing causes extreme bone and joint pain to the point of immobility. Monday my daughter had to be picked up from day care for a stomach virus, and being that we live with my grandfather...

A quaint, funky and laid back spot for a getaway to the Keys. We stayed in room 38, which was very quiet and private. Had requested a king size bed but had 2 doubles instead. Not really a problem for us. The room was clean with a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom could use some new paint on the...
