Upon arrival to the room, the kitchen area was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it myself. The road noise was unacceptible.

Front desk very helpful and courteous. Room was clean, but chairs were dirty and torn. Carpet was dirty and lamps were broken.

I love Key West.. So it usually doesn't matter where I happen to stay. The location of this hotel isn't great since its away from Duval and mallory square. I stayed in this hotel for a Conference...stay was enjoyable,location good, price fair. Made me feel like coming back to Key West.

Very cheap place to sleep in key west. If planning on doing more than sleep in the room, pay a little more and go elsewhere. Very old and dingy. Dirty feeling. Good place to. Rest for a night and leave. Other sketchy hotel guests too
