We didn't get to make much use of the hotel because we only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable. The service and physical product was as expected for a hotel is this caliber, however the cleanliness and up keep were WELL BELOW STANDARDS of some other limited service or extended stay brands. I've choose not to list my exact challenges regarding cleanliness and upkeep, however they have been discussed with hotel management. More

I stayed there on 10/25/11, it is just off of Interstate 75, extremely close to the shopping, restaurants. Good location, close to Sanibel without the paying the high price to stay on the Island. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. Hotel and staff were very nice. The only downfall was the pool had no sun on it but the water was warm. Will stay again :)) More
