Thank you for your review. Regarding the shuttle, by law no shuttles are permitted to circle the airport. They can only come into the airport to actually pick up or drop off passengers. Our guests must call us to request the shuttle. That's when we tell people where to go to wait for it and then we dispatch the driver....
