Older 3 story building, amongst several high risers, BUT great big rooms, very clean on a waterway, and only 3 minute walk to beach!= no need to pay parking fees! Close to Publix, Galleria, restaurants, bars, parks . Managers very affable!

I have no idea what all the negative reviews are about! The Staff, location, cleanliness were amazing!!! There were NO bed bugs!! The resort was a 3 min walk to the beach and lots of bars!;), shopping, and eateries! I would go back anytime!!!

Coconut Bay Fort Lauderdale is the only place I have been in the last 10 years that still uses hard keys for the rooms. These keys can easily be copied and used by anyone who was there before you. Rude???? All employees were super friendly and helpful. Every morning with a "good morning" and a smile. No matter what language they spoke. Noise????
