“Lovely place & John's kayak tour was wonderful”

We stayed at the Ivey House for one night, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast is delicious, the pool is clean and beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable. “Wonderful”

We stayed here for a few days whilst touring Florida. It was one of the delights of our tour - good, clean rooms, great staff, fantastic location. We wouldn't hesitate to go back there again. It's got a good pool, serves a nice buffet breakfast and is located in a really nice town.

“Would Stay Again”

Very friendly staff. We had a large room in the lodge that was quite nice. Pool small but nice. Much to choose from for breakfast. Had a little gift shop with some different things. Staff was extremely helpful in pointing out things to do in the area.

Unfortunately, I was only able to stay at the Ivey House for one night on business. I arrived during a storm and the power was out. First trip to the Everglades. Choose Ivey House because of trip advisor reviews and kayak packages. We enjoyed it-- with teenager for 2 nights. “Nice surprise in Everglades City”

We only planned an overnight trip to Everglades City, but went to trusty Tripadvisor for hotel advice. We weren't disappointed! Ivey House was a wonderful respite from the sun and bugs. The Ivey House was a wonderful experience! Great staff, clean as a whistle, and just plain nice! The staff was very helpful and friendly with great knowledge of the Everglades. One could find any information one needed through them. I would recommend this place to anyone I know planning to come to Everglades City.

Ivey House has turned into my favorite hotel. The people are friendly and the place is always kept spotless. 3rd stay with them and each one has been great. I think next year is going to be a longer stay so we can take one of their kayak tours.
