Unit is pretty nice was probably built in the 90's. Close to the beach with 2 swimming pools . We had free chairs and umbrella on the beach and our complain is about the employee who run that . In the morning a long line was formed every day so the "long haired guru" can allocate people to they're seats.... More

Love it. What a great place to stay. Its directly across the street from the beach. 2 pools one with a beach view and one that is heated year round near the hot tub! You have to visit Destin and maravilla is the place to stay. You wont regret it and some units allow pets as well.
