We are at the Regal Palms at the moment. While I agree the town house is large. The furnishings are from the 80's. The beds are like sleeping on concrete. Our location has never changed and we are located approximately 12 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from SeaWorld and 35 minutes from Universal. from the time we walked in it was bad. the house was dirty and was never cleaned from the previous people who stayed there but yet we are required to pay a cleaning fee and its not being properly cleaned. we immediately called and ask to be moved somewhere else but they told us they couldnt do anything for us... Please understand Regal Palms Resort do not own the house you stayed in. The reason the front desk could not move you to another property is because the reservation was nothing to do with us. Pool is great, and great gates community made for families with kids. Very safe area and friendly helpful staff. they have the cheapest tickets to all the parks at their ticket counter. “Great time and value”

Had a great time on the property with my family and the property was very welcoming. The property was close to Orlando, restaurants and major attractions. Favorite time was spent in the lazy pool. The townhomes were like being at home and enjoyed the setting. The parking up front was a plus.
