1- Air conditioning not working -Service was provided but we had to experience some concerns about room availability, speciality when you are traveling with small kids. 2- No paper towel, no extra trash bags. 3- Only 1 half of toilet paper on each bathroom. 4- Bath and kitchen towels completely worn out. 5- Beds clothes dusty and worn out.
