Front desk clerk was excellent. But the room and hallway had a bad smell. Carpet was dirty and was not clean. I think the bad smell was coming from the carpet . Did not feel comfortable walking bare foot on carpet in my room. I think they should have a new carpet and should maintain the carpet by cleaning it. More

Our family of 5 needed a place to rest out heads for the night while traveling to Disney. I kid you not......Jameson has the best customer service, clean rooms, comfy pillows, and a nice breakfast!! OH, and the best part.....awesome prices!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. More

Our second time here. The staff was great, the beds comfortable, rooms clean. Close to plenty of great restaurants, Walmart and 30 minutes from Destin and Ft. Walton Beach. ☺ Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about. If you like sweets and carbs; then you would love it. More
