I haven't even fallen asleep yet but between the hour long waits at the one elevator, the cigarette stench throughout the grounds, the gold teeth on the customers, the butt cracks hanging out of the swim shorts, I don't think I can sleep. I cannot wait for my cruise tomorrow to drink this night from my memory.

Overall an average experience. The room size was very large. No other hotel on the area offered the size. Cleanliness wasn't what I would call acceptable when we checked in, clearly had not been vacuumed. This place is more than I expected for the price! Rooms are very clean, generously sized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially, Shay, at the front desk!! This place is walking distance to the beach and several other stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. I'll be back for sure!

We live close to the area and always choose Cocoa Beach Suites because Tom and Steven at the front desk do such an unreal job at making us feel as if this is our 2nd home. Stayed here the night before our cruise. Cheap price, but also cheap quality and service. The rooms were subpar for a suite. No pool; you can visit nearby hotels for a pool. Large hot tub, but nasty. Let me start off by saying the staff here are more than helpful and mixed with such a beautiful complex this is the place for you. The rooms are new, clean, and this woman Shay at the front desk made every desire I had pleasurable and wonderful experience.:)
