I checked in on May 1. The employee who checked me in, whose name was Randy, was very nice and pleasant. I was very pleased with my room and will be staying here more often when I am in the area for business. The kitchen was great, and was very surpised to have a flat screen t.v.

When I come to the Clearwater/St. Petes area, I always stay here. First of all, it's hard to find any place cheaper than this. During our week stay we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and facilities well maintained. Great value for the price! Definitely stay there again. Location great for getting to Beaches, Tampa and sports stadiums both sides of Tampa Bay.
