“What you see is what you get!”

This Courtyard is the perfect place to stay while doing business in the Clearwater area. The rooms are clean, staff friendly, and it is easy to get in and out. The restaurant is fine for breakfast - both buffet and menu items are available.

We had a very good experience in this Courtyard compared to Courtyards in other places. Hotel is very well maintained. Hot tub/ Jacuzzi was working efficiently and kept very clean (especially during Christmas time) !! “Convenient location and comfortable rooms”

A good experience during a baseball tournament. Located near restaurants and close to required baseball complexes. Great lobby with good services and amenities. Family friendly. Patient and friendly staff. Nice price for what is offered. Would come back again.

“Ideal for short stays”

This hotel is a bit hidden off the main road, but its between Rte-19 and I-275 and close enough to everything you need. (Cracker Barrel, Panera Bread, Dunkin D, CVS, Publix, malls, beaches ...) We find this is a great location for accessing various attractions in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. Excellent hotel, staff is fantastic, especially Ashley. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Will stay here again, very convenient to everything. The grounds are very well kept, rooms are clean and the beds are the best. A/c, heat very quiet. Large bathrooms with great showers.
