Excellent location across Hyatt Hotel. There is a great little restaurant next to the resort. Excellent place for breakfast. The place is a little run down, but it offers a great value for what you pay for.
We stayed for one night and got the room for $70 plus tax which is a bargain for the location (free parking included) The motel was less than 5 mins to the beach and pier 60 and our room overlooked the small marina. The rooms were dated but were clean, smelt fresh and included a fridge, microwave and coffee machine....

I do not know who wrote the other reviews but nothing like they say. This hotel looks nothing like the picture anymore, that picture was taken ages ago. It looks runned, when we got our room all we did was open the door and it reeked of cigarets we had to spray the whole room with cologne and air freshener. Bathroom...

We've stayed there several years in a row--already have reservations for Mar 2011--it's our Yankee Sprng Traning base--always enjoy it--nice owners who go the xtra mile to accomodate folks--, clean rooms, great views--nice folks seem to stay there, too---poolside is always fun.

He would always say Hi and seemed to take pride in the motel. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. We were poolside which was...

They advertise a heated pool, but don't heat it. Claimed the system can't keep up with weather and the pool is too deep to keep warm. Hah! How about turning it on.
Kitchen floors, counters, cabinets were sticky. Found someone's dirty underwear sitting under a table.
We up and moved to Sunrise Resort, across the street, pool was nice and...
