When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by being given an upgrade to a King from a Double. The front desk and house staff were very personable and helpful. The room was immaculate, quiet and very comfortable. Finding such a nice hotel that accommodates smokers can be daunting. HIExpress is now on my list of favorites.

My husband I stayed one night after a concert in Tampa. Easy access to I-75. Quiet location and plenty of stores and restaurants near. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room and bed clean and bathroom fully stocked. Microwave, coffee and refridgerator in room. Would stay again. ☺ only one complaint: Shower had mildew in it.
