I do realize some issues were beyond the hotel's control such as the police sirens that woke me up 3 times during the night but the following issues are within the direct control of the hotel;
1. Horrible lumpy matresses
2. Stained tubs with ground in dirt

I stayed at the courtyard waterbury for a business trip. Found the hotel to be very clean, very comfortable and a very nice value for the price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downside of the hotel is that it is next to the police station and there is a lot of noise at night from sirens....

We stayed one night for a family funeral. Front desk staff very nice, printing out directions to funeral home. Had a king bed, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffett is extra but was good and fast. Would stay here again for a short stay. Yes you do here the some highway noise from your rooms, and the earplugs work!
