“Homewood Suites by Hilton”

I've been coming to this facility for the past 5 years and have always experienced a great time, real value for your dollar & and most importanly, the terrific staff at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Shelton/Stratford, CT area.

“A Great Find!”

This is my first stay at a Homewood Suites. Comparable to (and better than some) Marriott Residence Inn properties. Friendly & efficient staff, spotless facilities and an excellent overall value. I would definitely consider this hotel for my next stay.

“Good for business stay”

Overall, the 2 room suite was fine for our needs, although the living area was compact. Housekeeping did not service our room while we were there. The location is quiet. Breakfast and a light dinner buffet are OK.

“lovely room, but a bit loud.”

The suite was large and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The only problem was the noise level above us. It was about 11:30-midnight and we were exhausted, it was hard to sleep with what sounded like an obstacle course being run above our heads.

I cannot review this property based on any extended stay business but for one night (wedding block), we were very pleased. Excellent accommodations, services and amenities. Great hot breakfast. Quiet, spacious, well appointed, clean rooms. Stayed with adult daughter and four grandchildren -- was a great choice. “Very nice Hotel ...but had issues”

We experienced two issues...We were charged the wrong room rate and not given the correct room that my sister requested for her bridesmaid's. The hotel itself was really nice decorated, clean, and comfortable beds.

It was all pleasant experience. but for two things : 1. I was told I might get occasional drop to nearby places. But was never supported for this. 2. The lan port for internet did not work and was not fixed after reproting

“Great stay”

This was out first stay at Homewood Suites. The staff was polite and helpful. Excellent customer service. Suite was big, extremely clean and very quiet. Very family friendly. Would definitely stay again.
