The thing that stands out about this hotel is the staff. Very accommodating and responsive: Tyrone was great at check-in and Nancy was very helpful the day before when there was a slight issue with my reservation.

I booked the hotel for its brand name in the hospitality industry. It just doesn't live up to it. The rooms are cosy, small and smells bad. The carpets were really smelly. Service and food was excellent, but rooms really bad.
