Go elsewhere!Towels are ripped. Rooms are dark and dingy. People are unfriendly.

Not horrible, but far from good. No air circulation and stuffy. The windows are sealed for crime prevention reasons and the heater/ac? does not bring in fresh air as there is no vent to the outside. I staying in this Inn for a short business trip and found it to be spotlessly clean, the staff wonderfully friendly and hospitable. My room was quite roomy and warm. The breakfast had much more variety than I expected, with something for everyone from yogurt and wonderful looking muffins to a stratta that was so tasty to freshly made waffles.... More

The Heritage in is a delightful little hotel in New Milford. It is close to everything. The staff were very polite and courteous. The rooms were large and spacious and the breakfast provided was more than adequate for the price of the room. The Only downside were the sounds. Had to book a room last minute and the staff was more than please to aid me! Rooms were clean and had a cozy feeling to it. Never had an issue with the staff. I think they can do better with the breakfast options, but it wasn't as bad as its being made out to be.

We stayed at the Heritage Inn in New Milford for a wedding and I cannot recommend anyone else staying there. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the room was run down and it felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed.

If you need to be in this area, this is the place to be since it's right in the heart of a cute little town and the rooms are a nice size and what we loved most was the old-fashioned feel, however, the room could use an update. It doesn't have the cleanest feel - the rugs are very old... More
