What a pleasure to have a pleasant stay! Every staff member attentive and helpful. Such a stylish room i was not expecting...everything you could want to be comfortable! Well designed. Only negative would be the side entrances not glamorous, pool area a bit dull but the room quality makes up for it. Nicer than suites in Boston hotels!

Quick getaway weekend; chose Mystic for the casinos, back roads drive, home , through Westerly and RI vineyards. Picked the Hyatt off Hotels.com ......great discounted rate. Great looking hotel, pretty clean. I liked the free printing and free Starbucks in the lobby. However it is all a facade. The Internet is slower than dial up, the bathroom layout is horrendous and the staff had the nerve to double bill me for a Chapstick I paid for in cash (tacked it on to my room bill too!).... More

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful! The room was much bigger than we expected. The location was great, the aquarium, the Old Mystic Seaport, and restaurants were all in near proximity.
