“This is not what all B&Bs are like”

This B&B needs much maintainance and updating.The bathroom faucets leaked grossly, the toilet seat was broken, their were towels behind all bathroom fixtures to absorb leaks, the shower was extremely small and only a "group" soap dispenser was provided. This B&B, located in the historic town of Lebanon, CT., full of New England charm and a lovely town common, unfortunately needs some lessons in professional hospitality.
