I have stayed in this hotel many times and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and the bathrooms are always clean. I will continue to stay here fo my future trips to the Hartford area. The TVs in the room are good quality and the exercise room is well equiped.

The staff at Ramada Plaza in Hartford, CT were very attentive and friendly. We were with a group and the staff provided us with space to gather and socialize. They were very accomadating.

I was disappoint on the quality of the room. Furnishings were old. I can sy the room was clean. Since I was there just overnight, I was willing to stay.

I had my 30th birthday party at banquet in the hotel. The hotel was extremely accommodating to everything I needed for the party.
