You can't judge a book by it's cover, doesn't look real great at first sight, however you will not go wrong staying here, very friendly, apreciative and accommodating staff, rooms are older but clean, and location is great!!! More

The Pikes Peak Inn was our choice after coming into Colorado for a week. Motel was in the middle of town which was nice. Outside looks run-down, but isn't inside. 7-Up machine right outside of our room. Only problem was the Police sirens going off at night because the Police Station was right next door. More

I had a great stay Manitou and it was mostly because of the hotel. I easily could walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms were immaculate and very kept up. More

Very Clean and super helpful staff. Close to downtown so you can walk. We felt very safe due to the motel being next door to the Police station. The view from our room (we had the balcony suite) was pretty sad due to rental properies behind/beside the motel that were really trashy. Be aware that Manitou is a hippy town... More

the pictures online and explanation of hotel was false. the room barley had a foot around the bed, bathroom was tiny like a closet. room was dirty and staff was not very helpful. This hotel is a joke. we couldn't wait to leave in the morning. More
