The Keystone Lodge and Spa was the sight for an annual 'retreat' for scrapbooking women in late April. The first thing I noticed was how helpful the staff was -- from helping to unload vehicles of our vast amounts of luggage, to providing constantly cheerful waitstaff that performed tirelessly throughout the weekend. The Lodge management team also went the extra... More

I know hotels love "helping the environment" by allowing guests to make a choice, but not this time. I attended a conference here and while everyone was very nice, the service was sub-par. We had to ask to have the room serviced and while the housekeeper replied she would, I asked to front desk to make sure she understood. When... More

Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with us, it is invaluable to helping us improve upon our services. One of our core values is to take care of the environment and we make a strong effort in this area which includes recycling, composting, energy management and most recently, replacing complimentary plastic water bottles with a glass bottle that... My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Keystone Lodge and Spa. We got a loft room and the view was spectacular. The furniture was rustic and not "hotel" furniture. Important amenities (humidifier, air purifier, thick blankets, iron, safe, etc) were useful and tactfully placed in large wardrobes. We enjoyed the restaurants connected to it (they even let... More

The resort is an expensive ski resort as you would expect, but the service is simply outstanding. The rooms are very clean and the place is well run. More

We stayed for 2 nights. The price was not much more than you would pay for a simple Chain Hotel. The fitness center had GREAT equipment (cebrex ? brand) the outdoor pool was heated just enough for a nice night swim. We used both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The sealed/refillable glass... More

the hotel is nice and cozy, the room is charming, pictures on web are true. they brought us chocolate strauberries and champagne for our annyversary, the staff is incredible, very friendly and prompt. there were, though, 3 things we didn't like there. first that they didn't need to charge extra for vallet parking, and having to go up and down... We booked in for one night for a special occasion. Since it was my second stay, I was surprised with a personal note and a box of chocolates! The room was clean, quiet with a lovely balcony and view of the spa & pool. The bed was very comfortable. The Keystone Lodge is close to restaurants, bars and the ski... More

Stayed at Keystone at the end of March. Although the snow was less than desirable the accommodations were not. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms even had a humidifier, which was essential if you want to breathe out of your nose in the Colorado climate. The only issues I had were mostly... More

We decided to stay here because of the higher-than-average reviews on this site, as well as a 50% off discount from hotels.com. This place is a bit difficult to rate, because my wife and I also stayed at Della Terra in Estes Park...which is in a class of its own, for a few days before Keystone. But here, things seemed... I stayed at the Keystone Resort and Spa for five nights during a conference. I was impressed with the service which I judged as excellent. There was a free shuttle, very friendly staff, free valet parking (that might have been a bonus of the conference, but even free self-parking which I used was easy), and good sized rooms. My room...
