i stayed here for a month while waiting for my apartment to be available. the room was clean, the staff and the general manager were great and it is so conveniently located to everything, including the trolley. if need be, this is the place i would stay at again.

VERY overpriced! This is a $40.00 room at a $100.00 price. The room stinks! The outside looks nice, but the rooms are gross. Drive a few miles out of Durango & get a better room. I have never rated a room this low, but this is really a big mistake.

Ideally located, very affordable. The desk clerks were very helpful and informative. Such a nice place to stay for our time in Durango and Silverton, but no frills.
